CCSM MusicMakers Programme
- The CCSM MUSIC MAKERS Programme is the School's year long interactive music course.
- Our weekly group classes are practical, hands on opportunites for our students to experience and enjoy key aspects of LISTENING.
- PERFORMING AND RESPONDING to Music. MUSIC MAKERS covers a wide range of musical styles and traditions and provides a social and musical dynamic which compliments our instrumental tuition programmes.
- THE CCSM MUSIC MAKERS programme is currently offered to students at our GLANMIRE AND BALLINCOLLIG CENTRES ONLY.
- Places in MUSIC MAKERS are offered in collaboration with the offer of places on our instrumental programmes in these two CENTRES only.
- Participation in the CCSM MUSIC MAKERS programme is compulsory for students who are placed at our GLANMIRE and BALLINCOLLIG centres for instrumental tuition. No separate application form for MUSIC MAKERS is therefore necessary. Classes are 45 minutes in duration. Each student is required to attend one class each week alongside their instrumental programme.
"It was a lovely evening filled with lots of delightful music. I loved the orchestra but was also taken with the TY group from Glanmire and their body percussionist performance. "
