School Calendar Dates
All after school classes will begin from Thursday August 27th.
Any Instrumental Classes that teachers take at the Primary Schools will begin from Tuesday September 1st.
Community Orchestras, Bands, Mini Mozart and Music Makers Classes will begin on the week of Monday 7th September.

HEAR OUR SONG- The County Cork School of Music Gala Concert
April 5th 6pm
Over 350 young musicians and singers from all over County Cork will present HEAR OUR SONG - The County Cork School of Music's Gala Concert on April 5th at Cork City Hall.
Already a sold out event, HEAR OUR SONG will feature iconic numbers from Broadway Musicals, an Irish Traditional Music spectacle and well known favorites from the great Masters of the past, in an exciting collection of solo performers, massed band, orchestral and group singing, as well as a few surprises !!
Be prepared to hear some of Cork's most talented young musicians perform items from 'Phantom of the Opera' and 'Carmen' alongside the well known 'Finlandia' and even a World Premiere of 'The Tangoed Jig' !!
The County Cork School of Music is one of Ireland's most dynamic multi-campus music schools with over 3000 students participating in music programmes in the school's designated centres across the county. CCSM offers an exciting array of music education opportunities for young people across a variety of musical styles.
HEAR OUR SONG celebrates the schools' thriving 'Let's Play together' programme, which encourages all young musicians to perform in one of the schools many music groups and ensembles !! It also launches the school's Sing! project which involves almost 100 children in a new choral initiative.

The CCSM 2012 Summer Concert Series: May 16th - 25th
The CCSM 2012 Summer Concert Series takes place in over 30 Centres across Cork County from May 16 to May 25. Our Summer Concerts are an exciting array of public performances which reflect the diverse range of ensembles and instrumental tuition offered at our CCSM Centers.
CCSM Students of all ages, beginners to advanced will have the opportunity to demonstrate progress to date. Instrumental groups under our Let's Play Together Programme provide our students with the opportunity to perform a wide range of exciting ensemble repertoire. All are welcome!
